The 2004 Open Golf Championship will be played over Royal Troon,
Ayrshire from 15th July to 18th July 2004.
For our British Open tour, Golf Scotland
has secured accommodations in two of Scotland's deluxe hotels.
Chateaaux Elan's St Andrews Bay & The Glasgow Moat House.
Accommodation includes full Scottish breakfast each morning.
Our guests will be given a cocktail reception and Welcome Dinner,
with the trip culminating in a Farewell Dinner at The Glasgow
Moat House.
Our package includes
meet & greet at Glasgow or Edinburgh airport, all transfers
throughout by luxury coach between hotels and golf, tickets to
the final two days of The Open Championship, and four rounds of
golf over Carnoustie Championship, St Andrews Bay Torrance Course,
Gleneagles PGA Centenary & Prestwick.

Monday 12th July: Arrive in the UK and transfer
to the 4 star St Andrews Bay Resort. The Hotels offers excellent
Restaurant, Bar, Heated indoor Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Steam
Room, Sauna and various treatment rooms. After traveling to
the UK use the leisure time to relax.

Tuesday 13th July: Golfers will play over
the spectacular Carnoustie Golf Course, considered by many to
be the toughest of all the Open links courses.

Wednesday 14th July: Golfers today will play
over the St Andrews Bay Torrance Course. The Torrance Course,
designed by the late Gene Sarazen and winning Ryder Cup Captain,
Sam Torrance, is a par 72, 7037 yard course that sweeps its
way round the hotel and down to the coastal edge. The signature
hole is the 17th, a par 4, 452 yards from the championship tee
named 'Sam's favourite'.

Thursday 15th July: En route to the Glasgow
Moat House golfers will play over the Gleneagles PGA Centenary
course. The PGA Centenary Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus,
is a modern classic and has been nominated to host the 2014
Ryder Cup.

Friday 16th July: Golfers today will play
the famous Prestwick Old Golf Course where the first British
Open was played in 1860.

Saturday 17th. July: After breakfast, everyone
will be transferred to Royal Troon for the third days play of
the 2004 Open Championship. Farewell Dinner at Glasgow Moat
House.

Sunday 18th July: Today after breakfast,
everyone will be transferred to Royal Troon for the Final Days
Play of the 2004 Open Championship. Our guests will travel back
to the hotel for the final night, after the presentation of
the ‘Claret Jug’ trophy to the winner.

Monday 19th July: Transfers for departure
home.
